摘  要:根际促生细菌(PGPR)对植物具有促生抗逆的作用,在分离筛选樟子松根际高效PGPR菌株基础上,通过接种试验测定不同菌株对樟子松1年生苗生物量、营养指标,土壤理化性质和酶活性的影响,为开发对针叶苗木具有促生抗逆作用的微生物菌肥提供理论基础。结果表明:通过产IAA能力、解磷作用、产铁载体的定性和定量筛选得到6株高效的PGPR菌株,菌株2-6、3-13产IAA能力较强,菌株1-11、1-12解磷能力较强,菌株1-42、6-13产铁载体能力较强。接种PGPR对樟子松1年生具有促生作用,可提高根际土壤养分和土壤酶活性。同对照相比,接种PGPR菌株1-42和3-13对樟子松生物量指标的影响最为显著。同对照相比,接种PGPR可显著提高樟子松1年生苗全氮、全磷、有机质、全钾养分质量分数,且对全钾影响最为显著,平均增加了19.03%。同对照(CK)相比,接种各PGPR菌株对樟子松苗根际土壤速效氮、全磷、速效磷、有机质、磷酸酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性、蔗糖酶活性、脲酶活性的影响差异显著(P<0.05),但在土壤全磷和速效磷水平上没有显著差异性(P>0.05),且土壤全氮、速效钾质量分数均出现降低的情况。研究得出结论:根际细菌能够促进植物生长,改善植物的养分含量,影响根际土壤理化性质,提高土壤酶活性。Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)can promote growth and resist stress in plants.From isolation and screening of high-efficient PGPR strains in the rhizosphere of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,the effects of different strains on the biomass,nutrient indices,soil physical and chemical properties and enzyme activities of 1-a seedlings were determined by inoculation test,which would be used for developing the microbial fertilizer to promote the growth of coniferous seedlings.Six PGPR strains with high efficiency were obtained through qualitative and quantitative screening of IAA production capacity,phosphorus-solubilizing capacity and siderophores.Strains 2-6 and 3-13 had higher IAA production capacity,1-11 and 1-12 had higher phosphorus-solubilizing capacity,and strains 1-42 and 6-13 had higher siderophores production capacity.Inoculation of PGPR could promote the growth of 1-a P.sylvestris var.mongolica,and increase the rhizosphere soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities.Compared with the control,inoculation of PGPR strains 1-42 and 3-13 had the most significant effect on biomass indices of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings.Compared with the control,PGPR inoculation could significantly increase the nutrient mass fractions of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,organic matter and total potassium in 1-a P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings,and had the most significant effect on total potassium,increasing by 19.03%on average.Compared with the control(CK),inoculation of PGPR strains had significantly different effects on available nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,organic matter,phosphatase activity,catalase activity,invertase activity and urease activity in the rhizosphere soil of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus(p>0.05),and soil total nitrogen and available potassium content decreased.The results showed that rhizosphere bacteria could promote plant growth,improve plant nutrient content,af
