摘  要:目的对不同产地、不同年份的西红花药材进行含量测定,比较不同产地西红花的质量差异,同时评价存储年限对其指标成分的影响。方法采用Capcell Pak C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm和440nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μL。结果所检测的31份样品均符合2020年版《中国药典》标准。从产地上看,国产西红花质量优于伊朗的,国产中相差不明显,其中浙江产西红花质量最佳,其次是安徽,上海的相对较差。从年份上看,2019年产的西红花质量最好,其次是2020年,2018年的最差。结论国产西红花质量明显优于伊朗,且国内不同地区的西红花质量相差不大,可能受到栽培技术和自然环境的影响。西红花随着贮存年限的增加,其指标成分减少,但2020年的西红花质量却不如2019年的可能是因为年际间气候变化和连作障碍所致。Objective To compare the quality differences of saffron from different origins and years by measuring the content of medicinal materials from different origins, and to evaluate the influence of storage life on its index components. Methods The method used Capcell Pak C_(18) chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-water(B), gradient elution, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength was 254 nm and 440 nm, the column temperature is 25°C, and the injection volume is 10 μL. Results The 31 samples tested this time all meet the standards of the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia. From the point of view of origin, the quality of domestic saffron is better than that of Iran, and the difference between domestic products is not obvious. Among them, the quality of saffron from Zhejiang is the best, followed by the relative deviation of Anhui and Shanghai. In terms of vintage, the quality of saffron produced in 2019 was the best, followed by 2020, and 2018 was the worst. Conclusion The quality of domestic saffron is significantly better than that of Iran, and the quality of saffron in different regions of the country is not much different, which may be affected by cultivation techniques and the natural environment. As the storage period of saffron increases, its index components decrease. However, the quality of saffron in 2020 is not as good as in 2019, which may be due to interannual climate change and continuous cropping obstacles.
