摘  要:针对北斗三号全球卫星导航系统(BDS-3)导航接收机中压控振荡器不能同时兼顾宽调谐范围与低相位噪声等问题,采用台积电(TSMC)0.18μm射频(RF)互补金属-氧化物-半导体(CMOS)工艺设计了一款宽调谐低相噪的电感电容压控振荡器,并能够接收BDS-3中B1、B3两种频段信号。设计采用了一种压控可变电容阵列与开关电容阵列组合的结构,达到宽调谐范围与低相噪等特点,同时设计了一种可编程尾电流源阵列,通过数字控制信号使振荡器的输出摆幅更稳定。仿真结果表明:当电源电压为1.8 V时,振荡频率低频范围为2.178~2.697 GHz,高频范围为2.85~3.3 GHz;中心频率在2.5 GHz和3.1 GHz、频偏为1 MHz时的最低相位噪声分别为-121.9 dBc/Hz及-119.5 dBc/Hz;调谐增益的变化率分别为48.93%与78.08%;功耗为3.6~3.8 mW。In order to solve the problem that the Voltage Controlled Oscillator(VCO)of BeiDou-3 navigation satellite System(BDS-3)navigation receiver can not take into account the wide tuning range and low phase noise at the same time,a inductance capacitance(LC)VCO with wide tuning and low phase noise is designed using Chinese Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company(TSMC)0.18μm Radio Frequency(RF)Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor(CMOS)technology,and can receive the signals of B1 and B3 frequency bands in BDS-3.In this paper,a structure of voltage controlled variable capacitor array and switched capacitor array was proposed to achieve the characteristics of wide tuning range and low phase noise.At the same time,a programmable tail current source array was designed to stabilize the output swing of the oscillator by digital control signal.The test results showed that:when the power supply was 1.8 V,the oscillation frequency was 2.178-2.697 GHz at low frequency and 2.85-3.3 GHz at high frequency;the phase noise of center frequency at 2.5 GHz and 3.1 GHz was-121.9 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz and-119.5 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz.The change rate of tuning gain was 48.93%and 78.08%,and the power consumption was 3.6-3.8 mW.
