摘  要:以大规格Q345E系列连铸圆坯为研究对象,对铸坯表面裂纹现状及形成原因进行研究。结果表明,适当降低结晶器保护渣粘度,降低结晶器水冷却强度约20%,拉速提升约10%,同时矫直压力下调15%左右时,可显著改善连铸坯表面裂纹。Taking large size Q345E series continuous casting round billet as the research object,the current situation and causes of slab surface cracks were studied.The results show that the surface crack of continuous casting slab can be significantly improved by appropriately reducing the viscosity of mold flux,reducing the water cooling intensity of mold by about 20%,increasing the casting speed by about 10%,and reducing the straightening pressure by about 15%.
