摘　　要：将基于企业战略选择的SWOT和通用矩阵投资组合分析,作广义和灵活的定义,引入马鞍山市“十四五”千亿级、百亿级产业集群发展路径的思考,提出相应的产业发展和政策建议。This paper makes a broad and flexible definition of SWOT and general matrix portfolio analysis based on enterprise strategic choice,introduces the development path of 100 billion and 10 billion industrial clusters in Ma'anshan during the 14th five year plan,and puts forward corresponding industrial development and policy suggestions.
