摘　　要：随着全球化的不断发展,中外文化交流日益增多,国际中文教育和文化传播事业蒸蒸日上。中外文化差异使得国际汉语教师志愿者在跨文化适应上面临挑战。必须着眼于中西方的文化差异,厘清国际汉语教师志愿者跨文化适应的各种障碍,剖析其在认知、情感、行为三个层面的表现,促进国际汉语教师志愿者跨文化适应能力的提升,中外语言合作交流,以及和谐多元文化关系的构建。The globalization gives rise to the flourishing of Chinese language learning and teaching worldwide.Yet quite a few Chinese teachers are faced with obstacles in cross-cultural adaptation.This paper analyzes the perspectives of cognition,emotion,and behavior for the purpose of eliminating the barriers,which helps Chinese teachers to adapt to various cultures and promote the efficiency of cooperation and cultural relations.
