摘　　要：针对汽车外饰件中的行李架产品,采用新型水辅模具成型,为成型水辅设计了料流通道、抽芯滑块,研究了产品及料流通道的冷却技术。介绍了水辅注塑过程及模具结构的运动方式。This article mainly introduces the process of the new water-assisted mold for luggage rack products,including special designed flow path,slider core pull,cooling assistant system design,and the movement of mold structure.
