摘　　要：针对某复杂内腔紧凑型精铸件整体蜡模成型困难等问题,开展了多种蜡模成型方式的分析研究。结果表明:采用陶瓷芯、水溶芯相结合的蜡模模具方案,可有效制作出符合要求的整体蜡模。经实际浇注并解剖测量,铸件的内腔尺寸满足设计要求。In order to forming the integral wax pattern of a compact investment casting with complex inner cavity,various wax pattern forming methods were analyzed and studied in this paper.The results show that the integral wax pattern with ceramic core and water-soluble core can be effectively produced.The cavity size of the casting meets the design requirement after casting and dissection measurement.
