摘  要:动力输出轴是动力机械装置传递扭矩输出动力的关键部件之一,设计了两种预制坯料方案,采用数值模拟技术分别对两种方案终锻成型过程进行全面分析,预测不同预制坯料终锻后的温度场、应力、应变和金属流动变化规律,从中选择最优的方案进行实验试产,成功试制出输出轴热锻件,工艺实验与模拟结果具有较好的一致性,锻件形状满足设计要求、无折叠缺陷,证明该工艺方案切实可行。The power output shaft is one of the key components of the power mechanical device to transmit torque and output power.In this paper,two schemes of pre-forging billet are designed,a full comprehensive analysis of different precast billets of the power output shaft was carried out using the finite element method.Temperature field,stress field and metal flow of pre-forging billets with different shapes were predicted.The best plan was chosen for experimentation,and the experimental results were compared with the simulation prediction results.The forging parts with satisfied dimension and without any folding defect were obtained,which show that the hot forging process is feasible.
