摘　　要：近年来,我国制修订了一系列与木结构建筑相关的工程建设标准,包括国家标准和建设行业标准,涉及木结构工程设计、施工、验收全过程;同时,结构用木材与木制品标准以及这些产品的力学性能评价标准也逐步完善。以三层单体轻型木结构住宅为例,探讨在建筑方案确立阶段以及施工图阶段需要参考和遵循的标准规范。In recent years,a series of engineering and construction standards related to timber structures,including national and construction industry standards,have been developed and updated,which cover the aspects of design,construction and acceptance of timber buildings;meanwhile,standards of structural wood materials and wood products and relevant evaluation standards for the mechanical properties are also gradually developed and updated.Taking a light wood frame construction of 3-story single family as an example,this paper discussed the codes and standards to be referred to and followed during the planning as well as the construction drawing design stage.
