摘　　要：本文对装配式木桁架的材料构成、生产工艺等进行了叙述,对其在老旧建筑“平改坡”过程中的设计构造及施工工艺等进行了系统介绍,结合项目案例对其技术特点、产业化优势、经济和环境效益进行了分析。实践证明,该技术具有构造合理、生产高效、施工快捷、经济适用、环境友好等优点,符合建筑产业现代化要求,在城市大规模老旧建筑屋面改造项目中具有良好的应用前景。This paper describes the material composition and production technology of fabricated wood truss,systematically introduces its design structure and construction technology in the process of"Flat to Slope"of old buildings,and analyzes its technical characteristics,industrialization advantages,economic and environmental benefits combined with project cases.Practice has proved that the technology has the advantages of reasonable structure,high production efficiency,fast construction,economic applicability and environmental friendliness,and meets the modernization requirements of the construction industry,which has a good application prospect in the large-scale old building roof reconstruction project in the city.
