摘　　要：对我国木结构产业发展进行swot分析,确定出12项影响产业发展的因素,并结合AHP分析进行定量分析,计算出各因素的权重,根据计算结果提出了推广国产速生材、加强宣传、产业转型等策略。In order to promote the development of timber structure industry,this paper uses SWOT combined with AHP for qualitative analysis,determines 12 factors that affect the development of the industry and calculates each factors’weight.Some strategy suggestions are put forward according to the calculation results,such as promoting domestic fast-growing timber,strengthening publicity,and accelerating industrial transformation.
