摘　　要：海洋石油工程的建造过程非常复杂,其中各个作业环节和成本要素相互作用和影响。无论其中哪个环节的疏忽,都会造成难以估量的损失,所以在工程建设过程中对于工程项目管理来说,成本控制与成本管理至关重要。有效的成本控制可以提升企业综合管理水平,降低项目建设成本,确保企业在激烈的竞争环境中生存和发展。文章结合海洋石油工程项目的实施过程,从成本过程控制的重要性入手,分析海洋石油工程建造项目成本控制现状,并提出了成本过程控制的具体应用过程。The construction process of offshore oil engineering is very complex,in which each operation link and cost element interact and influence.No matter which link is neglected,it will cause incalculable losses.Therefore,cost control and cost management are very important for project management in the process of project construction.Effective cost control can improve the comprehensive management level of enterprises,reduce the project construction cost,and ensure the survival and development of enterprises in the fierce competitive environment.Combined with the implementation process of offshore oil engineering project,starting with the importance of cost process control,this paper analyzes the current situation of cost control of offshore oil engineering construction project,and puts forward the specific application process of cost process control.
