摘　　要：科技创新在未来的发展中占主导地位,这意味着我们需要不断进行科技研究以提升国家的科技实力。在这种情况下,实验室就发挥着重要作用。近几年,中国为了培养出更多的科研型人才,需要不断完善实验室管理及规章制度,只有健全完善的制度的制约,才能促进研究型实验室的良好发展。实验室是重要场所,必须严格按照实验室的规章制度开展各种研究工作,实验室的管理至关重要,文章就研究型实验室管理工作的探索与实践做出相关论述。Technological innovation will play a dominant role in future development,we need to constantly carry out scientific and technological research to enhance the national strength of science and technology.In this case,the laboratory plays an important role.In recent years,in order to cultivate more scientific research talents,China needs to constantly improve the laboratory management and rules and regulations.Only the restriction of a complete system can well promote the development of the research laboratory.It can be said that the laboratory is an important place,and we must carry out various research work in strict accordance with the rules and regulations of the laboratory,so,the management of the laboratory is crucial.This paper made the following discussion on the exploration and practice of the research laboratory management work.
