摘 要:针对传统中酸性土壤中阳离子交换量的测定方法,振荡离心法反复处理土壤存在分析步骤复杂、分析周期长的问题,开展了运用抽滤淋洗代替振荡离心的探索性研究。通过平行性实验、条件实验、分析方法精密度、准确度实验,对方法的可操作性、稳定性、适用性进行了研究。结果表明抽滤淋洗法的测定结果的精密度、准确度优于传统的振荡离心法,测定结果稳定性好、精准度高等优点,并且适用于大批量中酸性土壤阳离子交换量的测定。In view of the traditional method of measuring cation exchange capacity in medium-acidic soil,the oscillating centrifugation method has the problems of complex analysis steps and long analysis period.This project has carried out an exploratory study on the use of leaching instead of oscillating centrifugation.The operability,stability and applicability of the method were studied by parallel experiment,condition experiment,precision and accuracy experiment of the analysis method.The results showed that the precision and accuracy of the suction filtration and leaching method was better than the traditional method,and was suitable for the determination of cation exchange capacity of medium-acid soil in quantities.
