摘　　要：泵作为一种非常重要的介质传输设备,其在生产工作中获得了非常广泛的应用,但是在其工作过程中往往会受到多种不利因素的影响,这就会对其密封性造成不利影响。文章对机械密封的失效原因进行了比较深入的分析,在此基础上,结合泵工作过程中机械密封的变化情况,提出了具有一定针对性的机械密封失效事故的防范措施,有助于确保机械密封始终处于良好的工作状态,对于从事相关工作的技术人员具有一定的借鉴意义。As a very important medium transmission equipment,pump has been widely used in production,but it is often affected by many adverse factors in its working process,which will have an adverse impact on its sealing.This paper makes a more in-depth analysis on the failure causes of the mechanical seal.On this basis,combined with the changes of the mechanical seal in the working process of the pump,this paper puts forward some targeted preventive measures for the failure accident of the mechanical seal,which helps to ensure that the mechanical seal is always in a good working state,and has a certain reference significance for the technicians engaged in relevant work.
