摘  要:文章考察硬脂酸镁润滑作用对恩替卡韦片的影响。选择不同型号、不同用量和不同总混转数的硬脂酸镁处方制备恩替卡韦片,比较物料的物化性质及片的溶出情况。硬脂酸镁的比表面积越大、粒径越小,润滑效果越好;含量过高,混合过久,均可能导致过度润滑,表现为物料可压性变差,片子的崩解和溶出变慢。硬脂酸镁在恩替卡韦片中用作润滑剂,型号选择不当可能无法达到有效的润滑,用量和总混时间选择不当其疏水作用会延缓片的溶出。This paper investigated the effect of lubrication of magnesium stearate on entecavir tablets.Entecavir tablets were prepared with different type,different dosages of magnesium stearate and different final blending revolutions,and the physicochemical properties of the powders and the dissolution of the tablets were compared.Magnesium stearate with larger specific surface area and smaller particle size have better lubrication effect.Excessive lubrication may be caused by high contents of magnesium stearate,or long blending time,which is manifested by poor compressibility of the powders,therefore,the tablet disintegration and dissolution becomeslower.Magnesium stearate is used as lubricant in entecavir tablets.The appropriate type of magnesium stearate was needed to achieve effective lubrication.Improper selection of dosage and final blending revolution may delay the dissolution of tablets due to hydrophobic effect of magnesium stearate.
