摘  要:目的探讨桃核承气汤及其单味药对急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠血清淀粉酶(AMS)、脂肪酶(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法随机将大鼠分为空白组、模型组、全方组、大黄组、桃仁组、甘草组、桂枝组、芒硝组,每组6只。除空白组外其它组连续给药7d后采用腹腔注射L-精氨酸法造成大鼠急性胰腺炎模型,相应实验后,取各组大鼠血清,使用酶联免疫法(ELISA法)检测血清中AMS、LPS、TNF-α、IL-10、NO的水平。结果各给药组均能降低血清中AMS、LPS、TNF-α、NO水平,其中全方、大黄、芒硝、甘草组能够升高血清中IL-10水平,而桃仁与桂枝组对其作用不显著。各给药组对AMS抑制作用排序为:全方组>芒硝组>大黄组>甘草组>桃仁组>桂枝组;各给药组对LPS抑制作用排序为:全方组>大黄组>芒硝组>甘草组>桃仁组>桂枝组;各给药组对TNF-α抑制作用排序为:全方组>芒硝组>大黄组>甘草组>桃仁组>桂枝组;各给药组对IL-10促进作用排序为:全方组>大黄组>芒硝组>甘草组>桂枝组>桃仁组;各给药组对NO抑制作用排序为:全方组>大黄组>芒硝组>甘草组>桃仁组>桂枝组。结论桃核承气汤全方对急性胰腺炎大鼠血清AMS、LPS、TNF-α、IL-10和NO水平的改善作用优于各单味药,其中大黄、芒硝与甘草对AMS、LPS、TNF-α、IL-10和NO水平的改善作用较好,可能是发挥治疗急性胰腺炎作用的主要单味药。Objective To investigate the effects of Taohe Chengqi decoction and its single herb on serum amylase(AMS),lipase(LPS),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10)and nitric oxide(NO)levels in rats with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods The rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,whole group,rhubarb group,peach kernel group,licorice group,cassia twig group and glauber nitrate group.Rat acute pancreatitis model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of l-arginine after 7 d of continuous administration.Serum of each group was collected and serum levels of AMS,LPS,TNF-α,IL-10 and NO were detected by ELISA.Results The levels of AMS,LPS,TNF-α,and NO in the serum were decreased in each group,and the levels of IL-10 in the serum were increased in the whole prescription,rhubarb,glauber nitrate,and licorice group,but the effects of peach kernel and cassia twig group were not significant.The inhibition of AMS in each group was ranked as follows:the whole group>glauber nitrate group>rhubarb group>licorice group>peach kernel group>cassia twig group;The inhibition of LPS in each group was ranked as follows:whole group>rhubarb group>glauber nitrate group>liquorice group>peach kernel group>cassia twig group;The inhibitory effect of each group on TNF-αwas ranked as follows:the whole group>glauber nitrate group>rhubarb group>licorice group>peach kernel group>cassia twig group;The promotion of IL-10 in each group was ranked as follows:the whole group>rhubarb group>glauber nitrate group>liquorice group>cassia twig group>peach kernel group;The inhibition of NO in each group was ranked as follows:the whole group>rhubarb group>glauber nitrate group>liquorice group>peach kernel group>cassia twig group.Conclusion The improvement of AMS,LPS,TNF-α,IL-10 and NO levels in the serum of rats with acute pancreatitis by the whole decoction of Taohe Chengqi decoction is better than that of the single drug.Among them,rhubarb,burr and liquorice have better effects on the improvement of AMS,LPS,TNF-α,IL-10 and NO levels,wh
