摘　　要：脾主运化,其化生的精微物质通过"脾主升清"的功能向上向外布散周身,"脾主升清"功能正常是线粒体功能正常与否的体现。脾虚状态下,线粒体功能障碍,而mtDNA甲基化异常是影响线粒体功能的关键因素,DNMTs活化是mtDNA甲基化的始动因素,因此,由DNMTs诱导的mtDNA甲基化是脾虚妊娠母体亚临床甲减后代脑发育异常的微观体现。所以,从"脾论治"妊娠母体亚临床甲减后代脑发育损伤,丰富脾脏象科学内涵,为挖掘中药的有效靶点级中西医结合防治该病提供新的策略和科学依据。The spleen governs the transportation and transformation,and its metagenetic essence spreads up and out of the body through the function of"spleen governs the promotion of clearing".The normal function of"spleen governs the promotion of clearing"reflects the normal function of mitochondria.In the state of spleen deficiency,mitochondrial dysfunction,and abnormal mtDNA methylation is the key factor affecting mitochondrial function.DNMTs activation is the initiating factor of mtDNA methylation.Therefore,mtDNA methylation induced by DNMTs is the microcosmic manifestation of brain development abnormalities in the offspring of subclinical hypothyroidism of pregnant women with spleen deficiency.Therefore,from"spleen treatment"subclinical hypothyroidism offspring brain development damage of pregnant women,enrich the scientific connotation of spleen image,and provide a new strategy and scientific basis for mining the effective target level of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the prevention and treatment of this disease.
