摘 要:目的浙贝母和平贝母生态适宜性分析为两种贝母属药材扩大引种范围、实施定向栽培以及合理规划产区提供科学依据。方法采用GMPGIS分析系统,通过生态相似性分析获得全球范围内最大生态相似度区域。结果中国是浙贝母最大生态相似度区域,意大利、斯洛文尼亚等国家也有零星分布;平贝母最大生态相似度区域在中国、美国、朝鲜、俄罗斯等均有分布,中国主要分布区位于东北。GMPGIS分析结果包含两种贝母目前资源分布现状。结论该研究可为合理规划浙贝母及平贝母种植布局,在一带一路沿线国家开展全球性异地引种栽培工作提供科学依据。Objective Ecological suitability analysis of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.and Fritillariae ussuriensis Maxim.would provide scientific references that guide herbal farmer to enlarge the planting scale,scientific cultivation,and design rational cultivated regions.Methods The maximum ecological similarity areas were obtained with the help of the Geographic Information System for Global Medicinal Plants(GMPGIS).Results For F.thunbergii,the results indicated that China had the largest maximum ecological similarity areas.There were less distributions in Italy,Slovenia etc.For F.ussuriensis,the most suitable ecological areas were in China,the United States,North Korea,Russia and some other countries in the worldwide.In China,the most suitable area is located in the northeast region.The analytical results from GMPGIS were consistent with the present resource distribution.Conclusion Generally,the GMPGIS is much valuable to sort out the appropriate growing area,it also provides scientific reference for transplanting and cultivation in other countries along the One belt and One road.
