基于点轴理论的广东沿海经济带区域协同发展研究

摘　　要：广东沿海经济带面临着区域经济在非均衡条件下的协同发展问题,解决好域内协调问题不仅有利于促进广东全省经济的可持续发展,更为国内其他欠发达地区实现跨越式发展提供了新的借鉴经验和发展思路。本文基于点轴理论,以广东沿海经济带作为研究对象并运用引力模型测算主要区域中心的引力强度,在确立以广州、深圳为一级区域中心,湛江、汕头为一级区域副中心的基础上,提出通过三条主要发展轴线及相关潜在的经济发展带和联系支线,构建"四点三线"的"爪"型区域经济协调发展的空间结构,以加速地区资源要素流动整合,更好地促进广东沿海经济带协同发展。Guangdong Coastal Economic Belt is facing the problem of coordinated development of regional e-conomy under the unbalanced condition.To solve the problem of regional coordination is not only conducive to promoting the sustainable development of Guangdong Province’s economy,but also provides new experience and ideas for the leap-forward development of other underdeveloped regions in China.Based on the point axis theo-ry and the gravity model,this paper takes the Coastal Economic Belt of Guangdong Province as the research ob-ject,calculates the gravity intensity between the main regional centers,and on the basis of establishing Guangzhou and Shenzhen as the first-level regional centers,and Zhanjiang and Shantou as the first-level re-gional sub-centers.It is proposed to build the shape"claw"of"four-point with three-line"spatial structure of coordinated development through three main development axes and related potential economic development belts and connecting branches.It also can accelerate the flow and integration of regional resources and bet-ter promote the coordinated development of Guangdong Coastal Economic Belt.
