集益化工不饱和聚酯树脂及防水胶工艺分析

摘　　要：云浮拥有众多石材矿产,是国内重要的石材供应基地,集益化工是云浮市的主要石材防水背胶生产企业,目前集益化工具备年产6.5万吨不饱和聚酯树脂及3万吨石材防水背胶系列的生产能力。本文通过对集益化工的生产线进行研究,对其原材料、生产设备、不饱和树脂、防水胶、云石胶等进行分析,利用有机化学的理论,对其工艺进行理论剖析,并列出部分化学反应方程式。同时证明其反应工艺具有反应速度快,周期短,产品质量可靠等优势,也具备自动灌装、减少溶剂挥发、密封性强、污染少等优点,整体工艺水平在国内处于较为领先的地位。Yunfu has many stone minerals,and is an important stone supply base in China.Jiyi chemical is the main stone waterproof adhesive production enterprise in Yunfu City.At present,Jiyi chemical has an annual production capacity of 65000 tons of unsaturated polyester resin and 30000 tons of stone waterproof adhesive series.In this paper,through the research of Jiyi chemical production line,the raw materials,production equipment,unsaturated resin,waterproof glue,dolomite glue,etc.are analyzed.The process is analyzed theoretically by using the theory of organic chemistry,and some chemical reaction equations are listed.At the same time,it is proved that the reaction process has the advantages of fast reaction speed,short cycle,reliable product quality and so on.It also has the advantages of automatic filling,reducing solvent volatilization,strong sealing,less pollution and so on.The overall process level is in a leading position in China.
