摘  要:以尿素和30%的双氧水为原料,通过湿法工艺合成过氧化尿素,通过单因素试验和正交试验探究摩尔配比(双氧水/尿素)、反应温度、反应时间、结晶温度对过氧化尿素活性氧含量和收率的影响,并进行过氧化尿素的稳定性研究。数据表明,最佳工艺条件为:摩尔配比(双氧水/尿素)为1.1、反应温度为40℃、反应时间为35 min、结晶温度为2℃,在最佳组合条件下的平行实验得到的过氧化尿素的活性氧含量16.53%,收率为76%。Urea peroxide was synthesized from urea and 30%hydrogen peroxide by wet process.The effects of molar ratio(hydrogen peroxide/urea),reaction temperature,reaction time and crystallization temperature on the content of active oxygen,yield of urea peroxideand were discussed through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,and the stability of urea peroxide was also discussed.Experiments showed that the optimal conditions were:the molar ratio(hydrogen peroxide/urea)was 1.1,the reaction temperature was 40℃,the reaction time was 35 minutes,the crystallization temperature was 2℃.The active oxygen content of urea peroxide was 16.5%by parallel experiments under the optimal combination conditions,and the yield of urea peroxide was 75%.
