摘　　要：为了解决25%乙嘧酚悬浮剂在生产过程中容易出现膏化、热贮无法流动、物料配制精度及砂磨过程无法出料等问题,对其配方进行研究与开发。通过对润湿分散剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、防腐剂的筛选试验,确定其最优配方为25%乙嘧酚(原药含量大于85%),0.5%聚合型分散剂(DA1349),1%萘磺酸盐MNS/90,2%硫酸盐类分散剂YUS-FS7PG,2%磷酸盐类阴离子(YUS-FS3000),1%木质素磺酸钠DF-105,4%聚乙二醇200,0.13%黄原胶,1%硅酸镁铝SF-04,0.1%1,2-苯并异噻唑啉酮BIT,0.3%有机硅消泡剂SAG-630,去离子水补齐至100%。In order to solve the problems such as the easy creaming,the inability of hot storage to flow,precision of material formulation and failure to discharge in sand grinding process during the production process of 25%ethirimol suspension concentrate,its formulation was studied and developed.Through screening tests for wetting dispersant,antifreeze,antifoam,thickener,preservative,the optimum formula was determined as follows:25%ethirimol(purity>85%),0.5%polymeric dispersant(DA1349),1%naphthalene sulfonate MNS/90,2%sulfate dispersant YUS-FS7PG,2%phosphate anion(YUS-FS3000),1%sodium lignosulfonate DF-105,4%polyethylene glycol 200,0.13%xanthan gum,1%magnesium aluminum silicate SF-04,0.1%1,2-benzoisothiazolinone BIT,0.3%organosilicon defoamer SAG-630 and deionized water making up to 100%.
