投加粉末活性炭对污泥特性及废水处理效果的影响

摘  要:以实际生活废水为研究对象,在序批式活性污泥反应器中探究不同浓度粉末活性炭(PAC)对污泥特性及废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,投加PAC后活性污泥SVI值下降,沉降性能得到改善,污泥絮体明显增大;在EPS中,污泥外部TB层和内部S层大致相等,均为40%左右,多糖含量占主要组分,PN/PS为0.25~0.39,并随投加量增大而减小;投加活性炭对COD、NH^(+)_(4)-N、TP等污染物指标的去除效果有明显提高,且投加量越大去除率越高,平均去除率分别为81.03%、86.82%、76.65%,出水指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中一级A水平。此外,实际应用中在保证去除率提高的同时,PAC强化活性污泥作用效果也需要得到充分发挥,通过ΔCOD值计算,选择在每升反应器体积内投加1g PAC可以达到粉末利用率最大化。Taking actual domestic waste water as the research object,the influence of different concentrations of powdered activated carbon(PAC)on the characteristics of sludge and the effect of waste water treatment was explored in the sequencing batch activated sludge reactor.The results showed that the SVI value of activated sludge decreased after the addition of PAC,the settling performance was improved,and the sludge flocs increased significantly;In EPS,the outer TB layer and inner S layer of the sludge were roughly equal,both were about 40%.The content accounts for the main component,PN/PS is 0.25~0.39,and decreases with the increase of the dosage;The addition of activated carbon can significantly improve the removal effect of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TP and other pollutants,and the larger the dosage,the higher the removal rate.The average removal rates are 81.03%,86.82%,and 76.65%,respectively,and the effluent indicators all reach the first level A level in the“Urban Waste water Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard”(GB18918-2002).In addition,in practical applications,while ensuring the improvement of the removal rate,the effect of PAC strengthening activated sludge also needs to be fully utilized.Through the calculation of theΔCOD value,choosing to add 1g PAC per liter of reactor volume can maximize the powder utilization rate.
