摘  要:以东莞某装饰材料公司胶粘废水处理工程为例,针对废水染物浓度高、成分复杂、生物毒性高等特点,选择酸析+UV-Fenton+A/O+电催化氧化的处理工艺,介绍了主要建(构)筑物设计参数、运行状况及运行费用,结果表明,该系统运行稳定,COD、BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N、SS和甲醛的去除率分别为99.9%、99.8%、99.5%,91.3%和100.0%,出水水质可以稳定达到《广东省污水综合排放标准》(DB4426-2001)第二时段一级排放标准,运行费用为74.8元/m^(3)。Taking the adhesive wastewater treatment project of a decoration material company in Dongguan as an example,according to the characteristics of high pollutant concentration,complex composition and high biological toxicity,the combined process of acidification,UV-Fenton,A/O and electrocatalytic oxidation was selected,and the design parameters,operation condition and operation cost of main constructions were analyzed.The results show that,the combined system operates stably,and the removal rates of COD,BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N,SS and formaldehyde were 99.9%,99.8%,99.5%,91.3%and 100.0%,respectively.The effluent quality can meet the first level discharge standard for the second period of the“Water pollutant Discharge Limit of Guangdong Province”(DB 4426-2001),and the operation cost is 74.8 yuan/m^(3).
