摘  要:选用锡囊+镍篮作为助熔剂,通过优化氧氮分析仪的工作条件,建立了脉冲加热惰气熔融-热导法测定石油焦增碳剂中氮含量的检测方法。采用与样品含量相近的煤标准绘制氮的校准曲线,氮元素校准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9999。实验方法用于石油焦增碳剂实际样品中氮的测定,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=10)为1.79%,元素回收率在96.5%~100.8%之间。方法能够满足常规生产检验的分析要求。A pulse heating inert gas fusion-thermal conductivity method was established to determine the nitrogen content in petroleum coke recarburizers by using tin capsule+nickel capsule as the flux,and optimizing the working conditions of the oxygen and nitrogen analyzer,A calibration curve of nitrogen was drawn by using a coal standard similar to the sample content.The linear correlation coefficient of the nitrogen calibration curve was 0.9999.The proposed method was applied to the determination of nitrogen in actual samples of petroleum coke recarburizers,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=10)of was 1.79%,and the element recovery was between 96.5%~100.8%.The method could meet the analytical requirements of routine production inspection.
