摘  要:为了提高超声电机的驱动能力和工作效率,设计了一种矩形板式的贴片四足直线超声电机。电机定子由磷青铜和8片压电陶瓷片组成,4个驱动足分布在矩形板4个顶角。电机利用矩形板的面内一阶纵振和面外反对称弯振相互叠加,在驱动足处形成椭圆运动轨迹,并通过有限元软件对电机进行模态和谐响应仿真分析,分析和验证电机工作原理的可行性。对电机进行实验,激励峰值电压为200 V,激励频率为25 810 Hz,当预压力为10 N时,电机的最大空载速度为130 mm/s,预压力为12 N时,电机的最大负载为3.5 N。结果表明,该电机结构简单,具有较好的输出性能和广阔的应用场景。In order to improve the driving ability and working efficiency of ultrasonic motor,a rectangular plate type patch four-leg linear ultrasonic motor is designed. The motor stator consists of phosphor bronze and eight piezoelectric ceramic sheets,and the four driving feet are distributed at four corners of the rectangular plate. The motor uses the in-plane first-order longitudinal vibration of the rectangular plate and the out-of-plane anti-symmetric bending vibration to superimpose each other to form an elliptical motion trajectory at the driving foot. The modal harmonic response of the motor through finite element software is calculated to analyze and verify the motor working principle. The motor is tested when the excitation voltage is 200 V and the excitation frequency is25 810 Hz. The maximum no-load speed of the motor is 130 mm/s when the pre-pressure is 10 N,and the maximum load of the motor is 3.5 N when the pre-pressure is 12 N. The results show that the motor has good output performance.
