摘　　要：试验旨在研究配比不同浓度条件下的戊二醛癸甲溴铵溶液对链球菌的消毒效果。试验采用猪链球菌为指示菌,以抑菌圈试验和悬液定量杀菌试验结果为判断标准。结果显示,戊二醛癸甲溴铵无明显抑制细菌效果;悬液定量试验条件下,戊二醛癸甲溴铵消毒剂有效浓度为3.00、3.60、4.50μg/L时对试验菌消毒效果达到100%。研究表明,根据试验结果确定了悬液定量条件下杀菌效果最佳的消毒剂的有效浓度,为畜牧业中开展消毒防疫工作提供参考。The purpose of the research is to mix glutaraldehyde decamethylamonium bromide solutions under different concentration conditions to study its disinfection effect on Streptococcus.In the experiment,Streptococcus was used as the experimental indicator,take the bacteriostatic circle test and suspension quantitative sterilization test were used as the judgment criteria.The results showed that glutaraldehyde decamethylamonium bromide had no obvious inhibitory effect on bacteria under the bacteriostatic circle test.Under the condition of suspension quantitative experiment,the disinfection effect of glutaraldehyde decamethylamonium bromide disinfectant on experimental bacteria reached 100%when the effective concentrations were 3.00,3.60 and 4.50μg/L.The results of the study explored the effective concentration of disinfectant with the best germicidal effect under suspension quantitative conditions,which provided a reference for disinfection and epidemic prevention in animal husbandry.
