摘　　要：为更好地了解四川省甘孜州康定市姑咱镇藏猪仔猪黄痢病原菌的耐药状况,进而针对性地治疗该病,文中通过病原菌分离纯化和生化鉴定得到10株病原菌,并对其进行30种药物的敏感性试验。结果显示,分离菌株对头孢呋辛、头孢氨苄、头孢哌酮、头孢他啶、头孢拉啶、头孢曲松、头孢唑啉、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、复方新诺明、呋喃唑酮、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、哌拉西林、羧苄西林、丁胺卡那、氯霉素、米诺环素等药物敏感,对青霉素、氨苄西林、苯唑西林、红霉素、麦迪霉素、四环素、万古霉素等具有不同程度的耐药性。试验为康定地区藏猪仔猪黄痢病合理用药提供参考。In order to better understand the drug resistance status of pathogen of yellow dysentery in Tibetan piglet in Guzan town,Kangding City,Garze Prefecture,Sichuan Province,and to treat the disease specifically.10 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated and purified by biochemical identification,and 30 drug susceptibility tests were performed on them.The results showed that the isolated strains were resistant to cefuroxime,cephalexin,cefoperazone,ceftazidime,cefradine,ceftriaxone,cefazolin,ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin,ofloxacin,paediatric compound sulfamethoxazole tablets,furazolidin,kanamycin,gentamicin,piperacillin,carbenicillin,amikacin,chloramphenicol,minocycline,etc.And to penicillin,ampicillin,oxacillin,erythromycin,midemycin,tetracycline,vancomycin,etc.have varying degrees of drug resistance.The experiment provides a reference for the rational use of drugs for the yellow diarrhea of Tibetan piglets in Kangding area.
