摘　　要：文章对山西省太原市动物医院的105例宠物犬胰腺炎病例的流行病学情况进行调查。向犬主和医院发放《胰腺炎流行情况调查表》,分析患犬的基本信息(品种、年龄、性别)、发病季节、肥胖程度、饮食结构、临床症状、既往病史等。结果显示:犬胰腺炎的发病与性别、发病季节无明显相关性;品种以泰迪和比熊多发;4~8岁年龄段多发;肥胖犬多发;有前病史的犬多继发,有胰腺炎病史的可复发。研究表明,犬胰腺炎的防控主要与饲养条件相关,应控制犬的饮食,避免因肥胖而导致该病的发生。The epidemiological situation of 105 cases of pet canine pancreatitis from different animal hospitals in Taiyuan of Shanxi Province was investigated.Distribute the'pancreatitis epidemiology survey form'to dog owners and hospitals,the basic information(breeds,age and genders),season,obesity degree,dietary structure,clinical symptoms and past disease history were analyzed.The results showed that the incidence of canine pancreatitis has no obvious relationship with genders and season,but Teddy and Bichon.4~8 years old and obese dogs had a higher incidence of the disease.Dogs with previous disease history can develop the disease.Dogs with previous pancreatitis history can recur.The prevention and control of canine pancreatitis is mainly related to the breeding conditions.The dog's diet should be controlled to avoid the occurrence of the disease due to obesity.
