摘　　要：为了解南疆阿克苏地区某规模化奶牛场牛布鲁氏菌病的感染情况,试验从新疆阿克苏地区某规模化奶牛场,2020年采集血样共1671份/头次,2021年采集血样共1582份/头次。本试验采用虎红平板凝集试验与牛布鲁氏杆菌病抗体快速检测卡(胶体金法)分别进行初步检测,并对其中上述2种方法初检为阳性的样品采用试管凝集试验进行再次检验,最终判断该规模化奶牛场牛布病感染情况。结果表明,该规模化奶牛场2020年度,虎红平板凝集试验与牛布鲁氏杆菌病抗体快速检测卡阳性率均为0,试管凝集试验阳性率为0;2021年度该奶牛场虎红平板凝集试验与牛布鲁氏杆菌病抗体快速检测卡阳性率分别为1.64%和0.76%,并对其中上述2种方法初检为阳性的样品,采用试管凝集试验再次检出的阳性率分别为46.15%和100.00%。该规模化奶牛场2020~2021年度布鲁氏杆菌病防控总体良好,但仍应重视针对布鲁氏杆菌病的防控。In order to understand the infection of bovine brucellosis infection in a large-scale dairy farm in Aksu Prefecture of Southern Xinjiang,1671 blood samples were collected from a large-scale dairy farm in Aksu area of Xinjiang in 2020,and 1582 blood samples were collected from a large-scale dairy farm in 2021.In the test,rose bengal plate agglutination test and rapid bovine Brucella AB test kit(colloidal gold method)were used for preliminary detection respectively,and the samples initially positive by the above two methods were re-tested by standard tube agglutination test.Finally,the infection of brucellosis in the large-scale dairy farm was judged.The results showed that in 2020,the positive rate of rose bengal plate agglutination test and bovine brucellosis antibody rapid detection card were 0 and the positive rate of test tube agglutination test was 0;in 2021,the positive rate of rose bengal plate agglutination test and rapid bovine Brucella AB test kit(colloidal gold method)in the dairy farm were 1.64%and 0.76%respectively.For the sample initially tested positive by the above two methods,the positive rate of re-detection by tube agglutination test were 46.15%and 100.00%,respectively.The large-scale dairy farm has generally good prevention and control of Bucellosis from 2020 to 2021,but attention should still be paid to the prevention and control of brucellosis.
