摘　　要：2021年7月1日,习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上发表的重要讲话明确提出,"以史为鉴、开创未来,必须不断推动构建人类命运共同体。"推动构建人类命运共同体是习近平外交思想的核心内容,是解决全球纷繁复杂矛盾的中国智慧和中国方案。为深入学习习近平"七一"重要讲话精神,本刊编辑部组织召开了"坚持推动构建人类命运共同体"座谈会,就习近平外交思想与新时代中国特色大国外交展开了深入研讨,会后组织四位专家对各自的会议发言进行再梳理和完善,并分别以"弘扬全人类共同价值""奉行独立自主的和平外交政策""推动共建‘一带一路’高质量发展""坚决维护国家核心利益"为题进行刊发,以期深化对推动构建人类命运共同体理论内涵与政策实践的研究,引导学术界深入开展习近平外交思想的学习和研究。On July 1st, 2021, General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the congress celebrating the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that "to learn from history and create the future, we must continuously promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind." Promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind is the core content of Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought, and the Chinese wisdom and Chinese solution to solve the complex and sophisticated global conflicts. In order to study the spirit of Xi Jinping’s "July 1 st" important speech, the editorial department organized a symposium on "persevering in promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind ", and conducted an in-depth discussion on Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought and major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era. After the conference, four experts were invited to sort out and consummate their speeches, which are to be delivered on the title of "promoting the common values of all mankind", "pursuing an independent foreign policy of peace", "promoting the high-quality development of building the ’Belt and Road’" and "resolutely safeguarding the core national interests" respectively, in order to deepen the research on the theoretical connotation and policy implementation of promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind, and to guide the academic community to carry out in-depth study and research on Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought.
