摘　　要：该研究运用文献资料法、实地调研等方法探析美国铁人三项运动协会(USAT)推动铁人三项运动发展的路径。USAT根据市场需求建立了完善的组织与服务体系;以个人和俱乐部会员驱动组织发展;建立了运动商品供应商、会员、赛事公司、横向体育组织等行业资源融合的供需平台;通过第三方组织提供所有非锦标赛事等途径培养铁人三项基础群体;重视信息化服务和品牌化建设。This study uses the methods of literature and field research to explore the path of USA Triathlon Association(USAT)to promote the development of triathlon path.USAT has established a sound organization and service system according to market demand.Drive organizational development by individuals and club members;a supply and demand platform for the integration of sports commodity suppliers,members,competition companies,horizontal sports organizations and other resources has been established.Develop triathlon base groups by providing all non-championship events through third-party organizations;pay attention to information service and brand construction.
