摘 要:篮球运动作为一项全身运动,对运动员的体能有着相当高的要求,运动员拥有良好的体能是打好比赛的基础和前提。同时体能训练是篮球训练的基础,有利于运动员掌握先进的技术动作,在比赛中发挥出较高的水平,提高运动成绩。在日常训练中,其还能帮助运动员保持良好的心理状态,有利于运动员预防伤病,延长运动寿命。笔者从体能训练的意义入手,强调体能训练的原则及方法,旨在为篮球专项运动员的体能训练提供有益的借鉴。As a whole body sport,basketball has high requirements for athletes'physical fitness.Athletes'good physical fitness is the basis and premise of playing a good game.At the same time,physical training is the basis of basketball training,which is beneficial for athletes to master advanced technical movements,play a higher level in the game,and improve sports performance.In daily training,it can also help athletes maintain a good psychological state,help athletes prevent injuries and prolong sports life.Starting from the significance of physical training,the author emphasizes the principles and methods of physical training.It is expected that this study can provide a useful reference for the physical training of basketball special athletes.
