摘　　要：体育生活化是当前社会发展的新模式,为人们的健康发展指明了方向,也为高校体育课程教学革新提供了契机。“健康中国”背景下,高校立足于体育课程教学,推进大学生体育生活化模式,提倡体育课程教学多样化、生活化开展方式,使大学生从中获得健康乐观的心态,培养大学生体育终身意识,达到高校体育课程教学实施价值。对此,该文立足于“健康中国”背景下大学生体育生活化特点,分析“健康中国”背景下大学生体育生活化促进机制建设的意义,并提出可行性建设路径。Sports life-style is a new mode of social development,which not only points out the direction for people's healthy development,but also provides an opportunity for the teaching innovation of physical education in colleges and universities.Under the background of"healthy China",colleges and universities,based on the teaching of physical education,promote the life-oriented mode of college students'physical education,advocate the diversified and life-oriented development mode of physical education,so that college students can acquire a healthy and optimistic attitude,cultivate the lifelong awareness of physical education,and achieve the implementation value of college physical education curriculum teaching.In this regard,based on the characteristics of college students'sports life-style under the background of"healthy China",this paper analyzes the significance of college students'sports life-style promotion mechanism construction under the background of"healthy China",and puts forward the feasible construction path.
