摘　　要：黑龙江省作为我国冰雪产业大省,多年来其冰雪产业一直发展滞后并徘徊不前。随着2022年北京冬奥会的成功申办,如何加快与推动黑龙江省冰雪体育的创新与发展已经迫在眉睫。该文采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析并总结了黑龙江省冰雪体育发展的现存问题,并提出发展方向。研究得出:黑龙江省冰雪体育由于经济发展乏力,面临人才流失的挑战;所处地理区位竞争压力大;自然优势不突出;体育项目选择多样化。该文提出以下发展对策:学习奥运知识,激发全民参与;整合国内外资源,大力宣传独具特色的黑龙江冰雪体育文化;以现有知名冰雪体育品牌为引领,打造创新的冰雪体育品牌;大力引进体育人才,增强黑龙江冰雪体育竞争力;完善政策调控,推动各项规划顺利实施。As a big province of ice-snow industry in China,Heilongjiang Province has been lagging behind and wandering for many years.With the successful bid for 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,it is urgent to speed up and promote the innovation and development of ice-snow sports in Heilongjiang Province.This paper uses the methods of literature and logic analysis to analyze and summarize the existing problems of ice-snow sports development in Heilongjiang Province,and put forward the development direction.The results show that ice and snow sports in Heilongjiang Province are facing the challenge of brain drain due to the lack of economic development;The pressure of geographical competition is great;The natural advantage is not prominent;The selection of sports items is diversified.The paper also puts forward the development countermeasures:Learning Olympic knowledge,stimulating the participation of the whole people;Integrating domestic and international resources,vigorously promoting the unique ice-snow sports in Heilongjiang Province;Taking the existing famous ice-snow sports brands as the leading role to create innovative ice-snow sports brands;Energetically introducing sports talents to enhance the competitiveness of Heilongjiang ice-snow sports;Perfecting policy regulation and control,promoting smooth implementation of various plans.
