西北高校高水平运动员职业规划与就业现状调查研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献研究法、数理统计法、问卷调查法对西北高校133名高水平运动员进行问卷调查分析,旨在较为全面地了解西北地区高水平运动员职业规划和就业现状,寻找就业解决之道。研究发现,西北高校高水平运动员就业形势严峻,主要原因有以下几方面:自身层面,职业规划、能力、择业观念是影响就业的主要因素;高校层面,就业指导、课程设置、学校名气会影响其就业;社会层面,政策、经济发展状况、市场前景也会对就业产生显著影响。该文以这三方面为切入点,提出以下建议:做好职业规划、提升自身能力、树立正确观念;加强就业指导、提高学校知名度;出台相关就业政策、形成良性经济循环体系等。Using literature research method,mathematical statistics method and questionnaire survey method,this paper makes a questionnaire survey and analysis on 133 high-level athletes in northwest colleges and universities,in order to comprehensively understand the career planning and employment status of high-level athletes in northwest China and f ind a solution to employment.The study shows that the employment situation of high-level athletes in Northwest China is severe,mainly due to the following aspects:At the level of itself,career planning,ability and career choice concept are the main factors affecting employment;At the level of colleges and universities,employment guidance,curriculum,school reputation will affect their employment;At the social level,policies,economic development,market prospects will also have a signif icant impact on employment.Taking these three aspects as the starting point,this paper puts forward some effective suggestions,such as doing a good job planning,improving one's own ability,setting up a correct idea,strengthening employment guidance and raising the school's popularity,issuing relevant employment policies and forming a benign economic cycle system.
