摘 要:近年来,我国多次提出了培养青少年德智体美劳五育并举的教育方针,把青少年体育放在重要的位置。高中作为中学到大学的衔接阶段,更应突出体育的地位,打破应试教育的束缚,促进青少年均衡、全面发展。该文主要探索高中体育课堂教学的有效性策略,提出了针对性教学思路、教学行为、教学任务、教学评价等的具体做法,希望能够通过多元创新教学要点的形式,让学生拥有身心健康发展的更大可能性,并真正发挥出体育育人的实质效果,使高中体育课堂教学质量全面提升。In recent years,China has repeatedly put forward the educational policy of cultivating teenagers'moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,and put teenagers'sports in an important position.As a connecting stage from middle school to university,physical education in senior high school should emphasize the position of physical education,break the shackles of examination-oriented education,and promote the balanced and all-round development of teenagers.It explores the effectiveness of the high school sports teaching strategy,puts forward the corresponding teaching idea,teaching behavior,teaching tasks,teaching evaluation and so on the concrete practice,through innovation teaching point form,hoping to be able to let the students have a greater likelihood of physical and mental health development,and really play sports education actual effect,improve high school physical education class teaching quality.
