摘 要:为有力助推印染产业搬迁和集聚,绍兴某污水处理厂采用混凝+A/O+气浮+臭氧+磁混凝工艺处理集聚区内综合印染废水,处理水量为20×10^(4) m^(3)/d。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效率高,抗冲击负荷能力强,对COD、总氮、SS和色度的去除率分别达到95.9%、81.7%、98.7%、99.5%,最终出水COD、总氮、SS、色度分别为68 mg/L、7.5 mg/L、5 mg/L、6倍,达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)的直接排放标准,处理成本为3.07元/m^(3)。该工程将臭氧氧化大规模应用于印染废水处理,效果稳定,可为工业园区综合印染废水处理提供参考。In order to effectively promote the relocation and agglomeration of printing and dyeing industry,a sewage treatment plant in Shaoxing adopted the combined process of coagulation,A/O,air flotation,ozone,and magnetic coagulation to treat the dyeing wastewater.The treatment capacity is 20×10^(4) m^(3)/d.It showed that the combined process has high treatment efficiency and strong shock loading resistibility.The final concentrations of effluent COD,total nitrogen,SS and chromaticity were 68 mg/L,7.5 mg/L,5 mg/L and 6 times,with removal rates of 95.9%,81.7%,98.7% and 99.5% respectively.The effluent could meet the direct discharge standard of Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287-2012).The treatment cost of the project was 3.07 yuan/m^(3).This project applied ozone to treat printing and dyeing wastewater on a large scale with stable effect,which can provide reference for dyeing wastewater treatment in the industrial park.
