摘  要:考虑活塞的二阶运动,建立考虑固体颗粒影响的发动机缸套-活塞环动力学模型,将含有固体颗粒的环组气体视为混合气体,进行环组气流分析;分析固体颗粒对于活塞环扭转运动的影响,研究其对环槽气体流量及漏气的影响。研究发现,当含有固体颗粒时,活塞环的扭转运动加剧,环槽气体流量增大,从而导致漏气量增大,对发动机性能产生不利影响。Considering the piston secondary motion,a dynamics model of cylinder-piston ring in engine which involving solid particles was built to study the motion of piston ring.The gas with solid particles was regarded as the mixture gas,and the gas flow equation was modified.The influence of particles on piston ring dynamics,gas flow in ring groove and blow-by was studied.The results show that the piston ring twist is significant increased when the particles are present and the gas flow in the ring groove is increased,which leads to blow-by increase and has an adverse effect on the engine performance.
