摘  要:利用ANSYS在考虑材料弹塑性、边界条件非线性、几何非线性的情况下,对某三层U形波纹管的疲劳寿命进行了预测计算;对比分析有限元分析结果与理论公式计算结果,说明有限元分析方法的可行性。针对波纹管的结构参数分别选取不同数值,并结合有限元模拟计算结果,在保证波纹管稳定性的前提下,发现该三层U形波纹管可通过适当增加波高、波数,减小波距、单层壁厚等调整其结构参数的方法来提高整体的疲劳寿命。Using ANSYS to consider material elasto-plasticity,nonlinear boundary conditions,and geometric nonlinearity,the fatigue life of a three-layer U-shaped bellows was predicted and calculated;The comparative analysis of the finite element analysis results and the theoretical formula calculation results shows the feasibility of the finite element analysis method.Different values were selected for the structural parameters of the bellows,and in combination with the finite element simulation calculation results,under the premise of ensuring the stability of the bellows,it was found that the three-layer U-shaped bellows can increase the overall fatigue life by adjustment of structural parameters such as appropriately increasing the wave height and wave number,and reducing the wave distance and the single-layer wall thickness.
