摘  要:介绍了包括超声相控阵检测、超声脉冲回波检测、超声衍射时差检测及微波检测在内的聚乙烯管道无损检测技术及标准,通过对比国内外相关标准规定的聚乙烯管道检测范围、检测参数与扫查方法,以及对应的检测结果图谱等,指出超声相控阵检测是当前适用范围较广、检测缺陷类型较多的聚乙烯管道无损检测技术。针对聚乙烯管道无损检测技术研究与标准应用中存在的不足,建议建立统一的聚乙烯管道电熔和热熔接头无损检测技术标准体系,完善聚乙烯管道安全评价方法,构建材料-焊接-检测多个环节协同化的聚乙烯管道无损安全保障技术。The non-destructive testing technologies and standards of polyethylene pipelines including phased array ultrasonic testing,pulse-echo ultrasonic testing,time of flight diffraction testing,and microwave testing were introduced.Based on the comparison with the detection scope,parameters and scanning methods,and the detection images of polyethylene pipelines stipulated in domestic and foreign testing standards,it was pointed out that phased array ultrasonic testing is currently the most widely applicable non-destructive testing method of polyethylene pipes with the most types of defects.In terms of the deficiencies in researches and standard application of nondestructive testing technology of polyethylene pipeline,it is recommended to establish a unified standard system for non-destructive testing methods of electrofused joints and butt fusion joints of polyethylene pipes,improve the safety evaluation method of polyethylene pipeline and construct the non-destructive safety guarantee technology of the polyethylene pipeline with synergic multiple links of material-welding-testing.
