摘　　要：以S7-200 SMART PLC为研究对象,详细介绍了利用PLC自身集成的以太网端口,基于S7通信协议,使用GET/PUT控制指令实现S7-200 SMART与S7-300处理器之间通信的方法,并在酒钢粉煤灰提铁项目主系统与干式预选机子系统之间实现了通信数据的读写操作,现场应用效果良好。Taking S7-200 SMART PLC as the research object,this paper introduces in detail the communication method between S7-200 SMART and S7-300 processor based on S7 communication protocol by using the Ethernet port integrated by PLC itself and GET/PUT control command,and realizes the reading and writing operation of communication data between the main system of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co.fly ash iron lifting project and the dry-type preselector subsystem,with good field application effect.
