摘  要:目前动车组通信线缆测试试验主要是通过通信线缆测试仪器人工进行测试,记录表为纸质版,该方法效率低且准确性较差,施工过程中需人工核对,整个试验作业流程存在误差,记录单一化,各项指标记录繁多不准确,测试结果存储困难。建立了基于EPE的数字化通信线缆测试系统,从工艺设计顶端编辑测试程序,通过车间无线网络下发指派通信线缆测试试验任务,试验人员采用工控平板登录软件后按照试验任务逐条进行测试,测试结果软件自动判断是否合格。EPE数字化通信线缆测试系统可将全部测试数据上传到数字化施工系统存储,系统具有可靠性高、测试效率高、记录试验数据及结果准确等优点。At present,the communication cable test of EMUs is mainly performed manually by the communication cable test instrument.The record sheet is a paper version.This method is inefficient and poor in accuracy.Manual verification is required during the construction process,and there are errors in the entire test operation process.The record is singular,the records of various indicators are numerous and inaccurate,and the storage of test results is difficult.In this paper,a digital communication cable test system based on EPE is established.The test program is edited from the top of the process design,and the communication cable test test tasks are assigned through the workshop wireless network.The testers use the industrial control panel to log in to the software and test them one by one according to the test tasks.The test result software automatically judges whether it is qualified.The EPE digital communication cable test system can upload all test data to the digital construction system for storage.The system has the advantages of high reliability,high test efficiency,and accurate recording of test data and results.
