摘 要:随着矿山企业智能化建设的作用日趋彰显,矿山智能化、自动化建设是改变矿山,提高矿山企业效益的重要手段。作为矿山企业高噪声环境的空压机房,在传统人工值守中,高噪音不仅影响职工身体健康,还使得工作人员无法及时发现故障,实现空压机无人值守日益显得重要。设计一套基于多台空压机SMART 200 PLC为从机与西门子S7-315 PLC为控制核心的Modbus通讯,实现空压机集中控制智慧化压风,最终达到无人值守。With the increasingly prominent role of intelligent construction of mining enterprises,intelligent and automatic construction of mines is an important means to change mines and improve the efficiency of mining enterprises.As the air compressor room in the high noise environment of mining enterprises,in the traditional manual duty,the high noise not only affects the health of workers,but also makes the staff unable to find the fault in time,so it is increasingly important to realize the unattended air compressor.This paper designs a set of Modbus communication based on smart 200 PLC of multiple air compressors and S7-315 PLC of Siemens as the control core to realize the centralized control of intelligent air pressure of air compressors and finally achieve unattended.
