摘　　要：目的分析电子化医疗安全(不良)事件报告系统的应用情况。方法对本院对近6年医疗安全(不良)事件的数据进行回顾性分析,比较电子化系统运行前后不良事件的上报情况。结果电子化不良事件报告系统应用后,医疗安全(不良)事件总体报告率显著上升,Ⅰ/Ⅱ级不良事件漏报率、不良事件投诉事件比例和报告不良事件病例的平均住院费用显著下降,报告不良事件病例的平均住院时间和不良事件的处理时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子化不良事件报告系统的应用完善了不良事件的报告和监管流程,提高了医务人员的上报积极性和职能部门的工作效率,推动了医疗服务质量的改进和患者满意度的提高,值得在区县医院进一步推广。Objective To analyze the application of electronic medical safety(adverse)events reporting system.Methods The data of medical safety(adverse)events in our hospital in recent 6 years were analyzed retrospectively,and the adverse events reported before and after the operation of electronic system were compared.Results After the application of the electronic adverse events reporting system,the overall reporting rate of medical safety(adverse)events increased significantly,the underreporting rate of grade I/II adverse events,the proportion of complaints in adverse events,and the average hospitalization costs of reported adverse event cases decreased significantly.The average hospital stay of adverse event cases and the processing time of adverse events have been significantly reduced.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of electronic adverse event reporting system has improved the reporting and supervision process of adverse events,improved the reporting enthusiasm of medical staff and the work efficiency of functional departments,and thus promoted the improvement of medical service quality and patient satisfaction.It is worthy of further promotion in district and county hospitals.
