摘  要:利用机械喷丸技术对核聚变面对等离子体材料钨进行表面强化研究。结合喷丸前后钨性能改善进行强化效果分析及喷丸参数的优化,强化效果分析主要包括微观形貌、晶粒细化、表面粗糙度、表面硬化和表面残余压应力等表征参数。其结果显示,对脆而硬的材料钨而言,在100%覆盖率情况下,0.3 MPa喷丸压力、0.4 mm陶瓷丸直径、100 mm垂直喷丸距离是比较合适的喷丸参数,材料表面性能提高显著。表面硬度提高达53.3%,残余压应力提高8.3倍,表面晶粒细化现象明显,而且对表面粗糙度影响不大,最高1.5μm左右。Themechanical shot peening technology was applied to study the surface strengthening of plasma facing materialstungstenfor fusion device.Combining the performance of tungsten before and after shot peening,the strengthening effect analysis and the optimization of shot peening parameters were carried out,which mainly included micro morphology,grain refinement,surface roughness,surface hardness and surface residual compressive stress.The results indicate that air pressure of0.3 MPa,ceramic pellet withthe diameter of 0.4 mm and pellet distanceof 100 mmarethe optimum shot peening parameters for the brittle and hard tungsten,which induces the performance enhancement of plasma facing materialtungsten.The surface hardness increasementof about 53.5%is obtained,and the residual compressive stress increasesby 8.3 times.The surface grain refinement phenomenon is obvious,and the influence of shot peening technology on surface roughness is not obvious.The maximum roughness is about 1.5μm.
