摘　　要：参考架构提供一种解决特定领域问题的模板,规范核心设计要素,促进重用。为支撑参考架构设计,提出了一种基于能力的参考架构设计方法,以能力为主线、体系目标为牵引、能力生成为动力、能力有效实现为手段,综合考虑环境、技术、成本等多方面因素,构建指导系统解决方案设计的层次化、可重构、可复用的参考架构,用以应对现代战场日益增多的复杂、跨域甚至是矛盾的体系问题,实现体系能力的提升。A reference architecture is used to guide and constrain the instantiation of solution architectures.To make it true,a capability-based method is proposed to help design a reference architecture.This method focuses on the enterprise strategy,goals,capabilities and related approaches to achieve them,while considering elements such as environment,technologies and costs.One architect could use it to develop a reconfigurable and reusable reference architecture,which could help solve some complicated system of systems(SoS)problems.
