摘　　要：电子目标情报整编是数据向情报升华的关键环节,基于大数据的定量化分析将重塑情报整编业务的范式;同时海量异构多源数据的融合整编,还可能带来情报价值涌现。文中剖析了大数据时代传统电子目标整编面临的主要问题与挑战,分析了电子目标整编核心需求,提出了"大数据+"电子目标整编业务新框架,并对四个维度典型的提取分析方法进行了探讨,最后给出了工程实践中的部分实例,旨在为大数据赋能电子目标整编业务模式研究,提供技术参考与借鉴。Electronic target intelligence reorganization is a key link of data sublimation to intelligence.The quantitative analysis based on big data will reshape the paradigm of intelligence reorganization business;and the integration of massive heterogeneous multi-source data may also bring the emergence of intelligence value.This paper analyzes the main problems and challenges facing traditional electronic target reorganization in the era of big data,analyzes the core requirements of electronic target reorganization,proposes the new framework of"Big Data+",and discusses the typical extraction and analysis methods of four dimensions.Finally,it gives some examples in engineering practice,aiming to research the business model of big data electronic target reorganization,and provide technical reference and reference.
